Where is the meeting point? Do I have to bring any documents? In both lunch and dinner tours we’ll meet just outside De Ferrari Metro station, by the statue of Garibaldi on his horse (in front of Carlo Felice theatre). Just bring your booking confirmation received by e-mail (on paper or mobile/tablet).

How can I book? Please click on “book now” in the Tours section and  fill the form with all the details required in the page. If the slot that you choose is available we’ll send you a link for the payment and afterwards it will be necessary to wait until you get your booking confirmation.

Is there a minimum and/or maximum number of participants?  Minimum 2 people, maximum 8.

What if the minimum number is not reached? There are two options: we can suggest another day or time (even the same day, for example a dinner tour instead of lunch) or we will cancel the booking and refund you the full amount.

Can I pay cash? Yes  if there are still places available you can pay cash before the  tour starts, however we recommend you to pay in advance via Paypal or credit card to be sure of your place.

Is there a lot of walking? We will be walking for around an hour and half, even though there are some hills the itinerary is not tiring.

How much food is served? 6 portions of food from the region (including dessert) where normally nobody is still hungry at the end of the tour

What drinks are served?  Wine (white wines are the best in our region), water and coffee. In case you don't drink wine please write it in the booking, so that we can offer you an alternative.

In how many languages is the tour available? The tour is available in 4 languages (Italian, English, French and Spanish), however each tour can only be done in a maximum of 2 languages.

Is the tour confirmed in case of rain? Yes, except in case of weather alerts; just remember to bring your umbrella

Do you accept cancellations?  Yes, you'll get 100% refund if you cancel more than 1 week before the day of the tour, from 7 to 2 days before you'll get 50%, less than 48 h before there's no refund

Can the babies join the tour with no problem?  Yes they can, even on a stroller (the itinerary allows you to use it)
